A palette of nature-inspired and bright energizing shades of teal and pistachio, carefully considered lighting, and materials such as cane, oak and sheer fabric all contribute to bringing the fresh and light feeling of a gluten-free diet to the café’s interior design concept.

For Kobeya's second location, Nakkash Design Studio remained true to the original concept of translating the feeling of a gluten-free diet into a spatial experience, and the result is an interiors space that is simple yet multi-layered: fresh and airy, natural and light, whilst also energizing and bold.
